This is not Photoshop — before you is a real BMW 550i Touring (E39) with an extended wheelbase by a whole 1350 mm in the central section. They added another pair of doors and a third row of seats, turning the restrained German station wagon into something… very bold.
Does it look impressive? Undoubtedly. Does it make sense? Debatable. But the fact remains: no one has made such a limousine based on the E39 “five-series” before. It resembles an art object more than a regular tuning — something on the border between a crazy experiment and a BMW fan’s insane dream.
