In Europe, a new design of Duster and other budget models of Dacia was presented

The Dacia brand has presented a new logo, as well as a new stylistics for the lineup in which the brand’s novelties will be made. Let us remind you that all models of the Romanian brand Dacia in Ukraine are currently sold under the Renault brand, but it can be assumed that soon, as in the EU countries, the Romanian models will be presented to us as Dacia, not Renault.

In any case, the most interesting is the Duster crossover, which has been one of the most popular cars for more than a year. Let’s start with it. As you can see, apart from the new logo, the 2023 Duster has retained its general features and silhouette, but became more stylish thanks to new bumpers, a radiator grille, and lighting engineering.

As for the interior – at first glance, there are no changes, except for the new inscription on the steering wheel instead of the emblem.

As for other models, besides the familiar Logan and Sandero, the Romanian car plant will produce completely new cars – Bigster (the flagship crossover), Spring (a small hatchback), and Jogger (a family station wagon with increased ground clearance). In general, it can definitely be said that all the new Dacia models have become significantly more attractive and modern.

Commenting on the new logo, Denis Le Vot, general director of Dacia, stated that “Dacia is a brand that is constantly redefining what is important in the automotive industry”.

By the way, a new corporate gray shade Monolith Grey has been added to the palette for the roof rails and other exterior elements of the Sandero Stepway and Duster, as well as the “earthy” Lichen Khaki color in the spirit of Audie’s Nardo Grey, which hints at a connection between Dacia and nature.

Models with the new logo will start rolling off the assembly line this summer, but will go on sale in the fall. Interestingly, from now on all Dacia cars will have a speed limit of 180 km/h. This is a decision by the alliance, so the same restriction will also apply to Renault cars later.
