It is the head of state and his team who use the road, and other cars are not allowed in – a barrier has been installed. In the Roslavichi village council, they refused to comment on the situation on camera, but in a personal conversation, they told journalists that the road was built at a record pace and on allotted land, without asking the plot owners for permission.
