by In Lutsk, they decided to originally punish the owner of a Mercedes Sprinter for parking on the sidewalk. His van was liberally doused with feces. 
Apparently, the parking hero in the Sprinter really annoyed someone. The photo shows that the vehicle blocked the sidewalk and obstructed pedestrian movement. 
It turned out that the owner of the Mercedes Sprinter parks like this all the time – closer to his house.
