In August, 32.8 thousand used cars were registered for the first time in Ukraine. According to the association «Ukravtoprom», this is 35% more than in August 2019.
This growth looks even more impressive against the backdrop of a decline in new car sales last month. Now, second-hand cars occupy 82% of Ukraine’s car market.
The most popular used cars in Ukraine have become known:

2 Volkswagen Passat – 1848
3 Skoda Octavia – 1672
4 Volkswagen Golf – 1526
5 Ford Focus – 1244
In total, over the eight months of 2020, 206.5 thousand used cars were registered for the first time in Ukraine – four times more than new cars.
