by Volodymyr Yermochenko from Lviv built an off-roader Daewoo Lanos with his own hands. The car performed well on tough terrain and even pulled Mitsubishi Pajero and Jeep Grand Cherokee out of the mud. 
Volodymyr shared about his car on the website “Photos of Old Lviv”. He decided to buy the 2007 Lanos 10 years ago and tested it in the Carpathians. 
When it became clear that off-road capabilities were lacking, Volodymyr took on tuning the Lanos.
First, the car received new high-profile tires, which increased the clearance. Then a winch and even a snorkel were added. 
The Daewoo Lanos drove up Mount Pikuy, traveled through forests, and has even been to Sweden. Volodymyr constantly tests the car’s capabilities. 
In the future, the Lviv resident wants to make the Lanos hybrid and all-wheel-drive.
He plans to participate in various competitions. He already took part in the Off Road Free Fest at the Kyiv sea, and his dream is Dakar.
