by Another copy of the Tesla Cybertruck has appeared in Ukraine. It was built by a 25-year-old mechanic from Poltava, Ilya Kramer, reports Poltava Television. 
Unlike the car that has been seen multiple times in Kyiv, this Tesla pickup is capable of moving independently. However, it is not electric but built on the base of a 1991 Citroen diesel microbus. The creator of the car explained that a real Tesla Cybertruck is not exactly cheap ($40-80 thousand), and it would take a year or two to wait for it.
Therefore, he decided to create the pickup himself. The Citroen had to be cut and lengthened, and all the body panels were naturally created from scratch.
