Petro Tarasenko created the electric car for his son with cerebral palsy, as reported by JeDAI. The young man, despite his illness, leads an active lifestyle – he engages in music and even organizes concerts for military personnel. 
The two-seater homemade electric car can reach 18 km/h, and its range is 60 km.
The chassis was borrowed from a scooter, and the optics are LED. To make the car noticeable, its creator installed a loud horn.
