Oleksandr Zhos showed Belarusian journalists his camper project based on a Zaporozhets. It would seem that this car is, to put it mildly, not the most suitable option for a home on wheels. At least because it’s small. But even in such a small car, the Ukrainian managed to install plumbing and a kitchen with an oven and gas stove! There’s also a pull-out table and a sink…

To start with, the owner of this car is originally from Zaporizhzhia, later he lived with his family in Crimea, in the town of Shchyolkino, where he worked on the construction of the Crimean nuclear power plant. But after the infamous events in Chernobyl, this project was closed, and in 1999, Oleksandr and his family were forced to leave Ukraine for Belarus. He took with him his beloved ZAZ, which is not only still running, but “living life to the fullest”.
