by The national series of Carrera Time Attack races in Ukraine and our pilots can be considered a breakthrough of 2021. And there are several significant reasons for this.
The first reason is that for the first time in history, stages of the Carrera Time Attack race series were held abroad, namely, on May 20-21 at the Romanian track Transilvania Motor Ring. And also on June 26-27 at the Belarusian Olympic training center ‘Stayki’ in Minsk. Ukrainians showed very respectable results, which impressed even international specialists.
“According to the results of our pilots in Belarus and Romania — they truly deserve pride. The teams of these countries were pleasantly surprised: all thanks to the fact that in Ukraine, Carrera Time Attack participants have experience racing on both types of tracks”, says the founder of the series, Yuri Manoiilo.
Considering the skill and high achievements of Ukrainian pilots, Yuri intends to acquire a Porsche Cup license for Ukraine – the official Porsche racing series.
By the way, the next stage of Carrera Time Attack International 2021 will be held in Ukraine on September 5. The event will take place in Kyiv at the Chaika car sports complex and will culminate in a series of races at the end of the year at the ‘Ltava’ racetrack in Poltava.
It is worth noting that such competitions gather not only dozens of sports car owners but also thousands of spectators, as, in addition to the races, there are showcases of exclusive Porsche models, a sports car parade, and a diverse show program for visitors.
To participate in the competitions, Porsche owners simply need to submit an application, which will allow them to assess their skill level and fully experience the capabilities of their car in ‘combat’ conditions.
