by Hurricane Dorian caused very serious damage to the entire Caribbean, but the Bahamas were especially affected. The US sent aid to the Bahamas, and an American ship delivered a Ukrainian Sherp ATV. 
The photo of the ATV was published by Sherp’s executive director Yaroslav Prygara. The vehicle was provided by a Sherp dealer from Texas. The Ukrainian Sherp ATV is quite compact (3.4 m in length), yet it has huge wheels with inflation capabilities and a clearance of 60 cm.
It performs excellently even in the toughest off-road conditions. A 1.5-liter 45-horsepower Kubota diesel engine allows it to reach speeds of up to 45 km/h on land and 6 km/h on water. The price of the Sherp is about 100 thousand dollars.
