Moreover, the Lada sedan received a third pair of wheels at the front. This was intentionally done to accommodate three 1.3-liter VAZ engines at once. Essentially, it resulted in a 12-cylinder inline engine.
The total power is at least 200 hp, and to handle it on snow, double spiked rear wheels were installed. The car looks, of course, strange, but it drives quite well. Measurements showed that the six-wheeled Lada accelerates to a hundred in just 5.4 seconds.
