Kimera’s Unique Concept Impresses with a Detail That Will Attract Every Car Enthusiast’s Attention

Kimera Automobili Presents the EVO38 – A Modern Interpretation of the Legendary Lancia

The Italian company Kimera Automobili, known for its reincarnations of classic rally cars, has presented an updated version of the EVO38. This model became the logical continuation of the EVO37 but received all-wheel drive and an even more refined design inspired by Lancia. The car debuted at an exhibition in California, demonstrating a combination of retro style with modern technology.

The second of the 38 planned specimens is finished in a bright blue color. The design combines classic features, such as a Lancia-style radiator grille, with modern elements – LED optics and a massive spoiler. Under the hood is a 2.2-liter twin-turbocharged engine producing 600 hp, complemented by a 48-volt electrical system.

Interior and Technologies

The EVO38’s interior attracts particular attention. The central element is a glass tunnel that allows one to observe the operation of the driveshaft. Premium materials are used: Alcantara, carbon fiber, and aluminum. The car’s controls include a hydraulic handbrake, as well as a torque distribution system between the axles.

The EVO38’s exhaust system is a real show. The central pipe, located behind the turbine, can be opened at the push of a button, transforming the usual engine roar into a true symphony. Although the exact price is not announced, preliminary estimates reach €480,000. High demand is confirmed by the fact that most of the specimens are already reserved.

The EVO38 is not just a car, but a moving history that continues the traditions of rally racing. Its appearance on the market could become a new stage for small manufacturers who strive to combine classics with innovations. The demand for such models proves that even in the era of electric vehicles, there is still a place for mechanical masterpieces.
