Exclusive Porsche Inspired by Nature
Porsche Latin America has introduced a unique 911 GT3 Touring car, named Ocelot after the wild cat that inhabits Colombia. This special project was created as part of the Sonderwunsch program and is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the brand’s Latin American division.
Design and Color Scheme
The car is painted in an individual Forest Green Metallic shade, which reveals various nuances of green in the sunlight. Contrasting Centenaire Silver accents are reminiscent of the chromed elements of classic 911 models from the 1960s. The 20 and 21-inch wheel rims are executed in the same color scheme.
Luxurious Interior
The interior is trimmed in Cohiba Brown leather with Pepita fabric inserts and Truffle Brown colored details. The silhouette of an ocelot is embossed on the headrests of the sports seats, and the fabric features a pattern inspired by this animal’s coloration.
Symbolic Details
The B-pillars feature badges with the Porsche Latin America logo and the inscription “Iconos de Latinoamérica”. The illuminated sills display the anniversary dates of the Autoelite importer and the brand’s Latin American division.
Technical Features
Like most Sonderwunsch models, the Ocelot did not receive technical updates. The car retains the naturally aspirated 4.0-liter boxer engine with 502 horsepower and the sports suspension characteristic of the GT3.
Future Projects
This model will be the first in the “Icons of Latin America” series, which will include other unique cars dedicated to the culture and nature of the region. The cost of each project will be determined individually based on special characteristics.
The ocelot species is known for its ability to climb, jump, and swim, making it a symbol of a sports car with excellent handling.
The Sonderwunsch program continues to demonstrate how automakers can combine technology with art, creating unique cars that tell stories. Such projects not only emphasize cultural heritage but also show how individuality can transform a series product into a work of art. The growing demand for personalization in the automotive industry indicates customers’ desire to receive not just a means of transport, but a unique experience that reflects their taste and values.
