Installation of LPG on motorcycles is gaining popularity in Ukraine

On our roads, motorcycles with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) equipment are increasingly seen. It would seem that gas has risen in price significantly, and the fuel consumption of motorcycles is not that high, but more and more Ukrainians want to buy LPG for their motorcycles.

This is evidenced not only by the increase in inquiries about gas for motorcycles but also by the growing number of two-wheeled vehicles with LPG! Another proof of this is the photos taken yesterday that show a bike with a round shape in the trunk area. And it’s not an additional trunk, but precisely LPG equipment.

Some may find the idea of installing gas on motorcycles strange due to safety concerns and questionable savings, but in reality, there is probably some sense in it. It’s not just about saving on gasoline but also about increasing the range. The latter parameter is very important for those who love to travel on two wheels or deliver goods and products. Considering quarantine and the popularity of home food delivery, we think this idea is quite successful.

Out of curiosity, we monitored this unusual trend and found out that our people are even looking for LPG for scooters, mopeds, boat motors, jet skis, and even household generators. As for the cost of installation, the prices depend on the type of equipment and motor, but on average, installing gas on a motorcycle in Ukraine costs about $100.

And did you know that they even install LPG on Bentleys here..?
