In Britain, the winner of the annual ‘Car of the Year’ award by ‘What Car?’ has been announced. This time, the leadership was taken by the electric crossover Kia EV6, which won ‘gold’ not only in the overall standings but also in the ‘Electric Crossover of the Year’ category.

By the way, in December, Top Gear named the Kia EV6 as the crossover of the year, so it is not the first award for the South Korean newcomer. Incidentally, this is the second time in the award’s history that an electric vehicle has been recognized as the absolute winner. In 2019, the electric crossover Kia Niro EV received this award.

Let us remind you, the Kia EV6 can cover up to 528 km without recharging, and thanks to charging technology with 800 V voltage, it can be charged from 10 to 80% in less than 20 minutes. The starting price of the novelty in Europe is approximately 40,000 euros for the Kia EV6 Standard Range 2WD (58 kWh) version.
