Cameras captured how two of them poured a flammable substance on the BMW X7 and set it on fire, then fled the scene with a third accomplice who “stood on watch.” Recall, the X7 is the flagship crossover of the Bavarian brand, with prices in Ukraine starting from 2.5 million hryvnias.
As a result of the fire, the interior and engine compartment of the car were damaged. The police established the route of the criminals and detained them in Cherkasy in less than a day. The suspects turned out to be residents of Kryvyi Rih. One born in 2000, as well as two minors, born in 2004 and 2005. The arsonists face a term of three to ten years.
