Let us remind you that the amphibious LuAZ 967 was created at the request of the Airborne Forces for the evacuation of the wounded, supply of ammunition and military-technical property, towing, and also installation of certain types of weapons. Later, it went on open sale in a civilian version with the prefix “M”. By the way, quite recently a rare LuAZ-967 TPK was restored in Ukraine, although it left its historical homeland (it was sold to Poland).
