It is not reliably known whether this is fake or not (although, more likely yes than no), but a BMW (a proper ‘five’ E39) with such a plate was spotted in Kharkiv:
Fortunately (or unfortunately), the BMW with the colorful number was only seen once. Although, it makes sense, probably. After all, once is not … ace.
