by In Kyiv, the Shuliavsky overpass has finally been closed. The reconstruction of the interchange will drag on for a long time, although the bridge itself without exits is promised to be delivered by the end of 2019.

While the new Shuliavsky bridge is being built, detours have already been arranged for drivers. In particular, on Victory Avenue, the barrier was removed and intersections were arranged. You can travel towards the Industrial Bridge via Nesterova, Harmatna, and Vyborzka streets, and towards Dorohozhychi and Petrovka via Dovzhenko street.
