Notably, such a high speed was recorded by the TruSign system in broad daylight and in poor visibility conditions—Kyiv was foggy at the time. It is worth recalling that a speed limit of 50 km/h is in effect on the Stolychnoye highway during the winter period. Incidentally, just a few days earlier, the TruSign radars recorded a speed of 222 km/h at the same location.
The Center for Traffic Management appealed to the Patrol Police to take action against the violators.
