In Kyiv, a Unique Tavria in Landaulet Body is Showcased (photo) en

There are only two such cars in the world, and one of them can be seen in person in the coming days. It is a unique Tavria in a landaulet body — almost a Maybach 62Landaulet, only for the poor, so to speak.

The rare specimen will be in the capital for three days (including today) at the Old Car Land retro festival. The soft folding roof over the rear seats and the removable plastic top over the front seats are what make this ZAZ unique. In other aspects, it is an ordinary Stavriya, Tavryukha (as it is popularly called).

To reiterate, only 2 such cars were produced, and both were sent for testing to Greece in the early ’90s. However, after the collapse, the project was closed, and only recently it became known that 2 rare ZAZs have survived. One eventually ended up in Ukraine, and the other Tavria convertible in a landaulet body settled in Macedonia.

That very ZAZ Tavria landaulet in Macedonia

By the way, few people know, but there are even Zaporizhzhia cars in landaulet body, although this is a slightly different story – not factory-made, but “homemade”.
