We’re talking about what’s commonly referred to as “horns,” “disks,” “black beacons,” “buckets,” and “hedgehogs.” These can often be seen on government cars or the cars of renowned businessmen’s and politicians’ motorcades. For instance, we detailed Rinat Akhmetov’s motorcade, which also features attributes of special communication and protection, including signal jammers.
Only special service employees or a very limited circle of specialists know what the antennas and “horns” are responsible for.
