by As we wrote earlier, Ukraine has expanded the list of paid beautiful numbers. The most expensive plates have four identical digits and three zeros at the beginning. Officially, they cost 30,000 hryvnias, although in reality, the amount is much higher. 
In reality, buying a number with four sevens is unlikely to be cheaper than $3500, plus the official 30,000 hryvnias. That is, in total, such a number will cost about one hundred thousand hryvnias, or even more (it depends on the region and combination of letters).
For this reason, it is somewhat surprising to see such an expensive plate on an unremarkable trailer. 
Apparently, the owner of the car and/or trailer is holding on to the number for future sale and transfer. This is actually a very common practice.
