No, this is not an amphibian. It’s easy to guess that it’s only a Lincoln from the top.
The limousine body with a cut-off roof was placed on a motorboat. It turned out to be very unconventional, and such a conversion doesn’t cost much. By the way, this is not the only unconventional Lincoln Town Car in Ukraine, as there is also a drifting limousine.
