The current average price of a Chevrolet Corvette C1 exceeds $50,000, and some particularly rare examples fetch $200,000-300,000. This specific car was produced in 1961, and its exterior was designed by the famous designer Bill Mitchell.

The 1961 Chevrolet Corvette was exclusively equipped with 4.6-liter V8 engines: carbureted versions developed 245 and 270 hp, while fuel-injected ones (yes, even then the Corvette had injection) – 275 and 315 hp.
As seen in the photo, this particular car has a 4-speed manual transmission. By the way, even then, Chevrolet Corvette offered air conditioning, cruise control, and power seat and soft roof mechanisms.
