At the beginning of the week the cyclone will again cover Ukraine with rains

The saying “Summer has come, the sun has not scorched” is still relevant in the first decade of June. Global weather processes – the completion of the cold phase of the La Niña oscillation (temperature fluctuations) in the Pacific Ocean – will significantly affect the climate of our planet. The World Meteorological Organization promises a hot summer almost everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere. Long-term forecasts are like fortune-telling on coffee grounds, maybe they will come true, maybe not. The heat has not yet arrived in our country, only in May did warm air reach the east of Ukraine and partly the south, and even then for a short period. But the heat will certainly come, and then we’ll fondly remember +20 with variable cloudiness in early June.

In Ukraine, from June 4-7, according to the forecast of Sinoptik.ua, the daytime temperature peak in Uzhgorod will reach +23, with a minimum of +12 on Friday in the Luhansk region. The weather will be suitable for a picnic on Saturday in all regions except the east. On Sunday, a new period of rains will begin, but precipitation will occur locally. On Monday, rains will intensify and cover the entire territory of the country, except for Transcarpathia.

The water temperature in the Black Sea near Odessa will rise to +17 by Monday, in the Azov Sea near Kyrylivka +19, in the Dnipro near Kyiv +14.

Southern regions of Ukraine, which have endured endless torrential rains for several days, will finally have a break from precipitation on Friday and Saturday. But by Sunday (in the Odessa region) and on Monday (the entire south) it will be rainy again. Daytime temperatures will rise to +21, with night temperatures around +14. Our ancestors said “June’s bucket makes the bread grow.” The southern sun and the amount of precipitation will create conditions for a good harvest, so the rain in June should be welcomed.

Central Ukraine will fall into the rain zone on Monday. We do not expect precipitation on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, it may rain in the Poltava and Vinnytsia regions. Daytime temperatures from June 4-7 will be +18…+21.

In the eastern region of Ukraine, the lowest daytime air temperature is expected on Friday, June 4, in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions at +12…+13, with rains; in the Kharkiv region, up to +19. By Monday, temperatures in the region will be rising, and on the first working day of the week, they will reach +21…+22, with local rains.

In the west of Ukraine, from June 4-7, there will be more sun than clouds and a light to moderate wind. However, rains are expected on Sunday and Monday. Night temperatures will be +11…+13, daytime +21…+23. In Lviv, it will be sunny and warm on Sunday.

From June 4 to 7, Transcarpathia expects beautiful summer slightly cloudy weather, daytime temperatures of +23…+25. It will be slightly cooler on Saturday – up to +19.

In the highlands of the Carpathians, up to +15, rains are expected from June 5-7.

In the northern regions of Ukraine, from June 4-7, it will be warm and cloudy, up to +21. Exceptions – Sumy and Chernihiv regions with temperatures up to +17 on Sunday. Rains will cover the entire region from June 6-7.

In Kyiv, from June 4-7, temperatures will be +19…20, with predominantly northwestern light to moderate wind, and on Friday and Saturday, precipitation is unlikely; on Sunday evening, there might be light rain, and the first working day of the week will be cloudy with expected precipitation, and the maximum daytime temperature is +19.
