The thing is, it doesn’t look like a garage but like a huge ballroom in the Renaissance style. One might think that the most expensive garage belongs to Pshonka, but in fact, it was designed by professional interior designer Shelly P. Brose for herself. In general, the space is part of a 1200-square-meter mansion that was sold in 2019 for $5.75 million.
The garage walls are adorned with handmade frescoes, and the floor features a marble mosaic (which took two years to make). The ceiling is adorned with gilding and crystal chandeliers.
The garage can accommodate eight cars, but if they are removed, a party for 200 people can be held. Specifically for this purpose, the space is equipped with a kitchen-bar and two restrooms.
