20 years ago, the first “Fast & Furious” movie was released, which started the trend for tuning and styling. However, this doesn’t mean that in 2001, everyone everywhere was driving only stock cars. The evidence of this is the Tokyo Motor Show 2001.
While this “movement” was just beginning to emerge in our country, tuning in Japan was perhaps even more advanced than it is for us in 2021. Just take a look at the cars showcased in Tokyo during those years when we were installing zero resistance filters and “straight-through” exhausts, installing blue “washers,” and hanging Sparco mudflaps.
