by In Kyiv, a Bentley Bentayga with fancy license plates was spotted in the parking lot of a shopping center. The luxurious SUV parked in a spot for the disabled. 
A photo of the Bentley Bentayga was published in the Facebook group ZupiniLosya. We, of course, can assume that the owner of the car has a disability, but there are no corresponding signs on the car. So, most likely, there is a violation of the rules.
Let us remind you that the fine for parking in spots for the disabled in Ukraine is from 1020 to 1700 hryvnias.
