After the start of mobilization, the departure of male citizens of Ukraine abroad has been seriously hindered. Conscripts aged 18-60 are now practically not allowed to leave the country. However, there are exceptions.
The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the border crossing for drivers of cargo and railway transport conducting international transportations, supplies for the army, transport of medicines or humanitarian aid.
Such carriers are issued permits by the Ministry of Infrastructure and military administrations through an accelerated procedure – within 2 hours. It is necessary to submit an application in writing or online through the ‘Shlyakh’ system.
For conscripted drivers, it is necessary to send a request to the address zmiu98916@gmail.com, where the following details should be specified:
- Full name, year of birth, military rank, military occupational specialty, and its number;
- name and address of the enterprise, institution, or organization;
- name of the territorial center for recruitment and social support (according to the location of the enterprise);
- name of the territorial center for recruitment and social support (according to the location of the conscript).
