In Melitopol, among piles of junk, a BMW Z1 roadster was found. The rare car had been abandoned for years in a garage. 
Photo of the BMW Z1 was published by the well-known blogger Roma Urraco. It is known that in Ukraine there are only a few such cars. The model itself is also very rare – from 1989 to 1991, only 8000 sports cars were produced.
The highlight of the BMW Z1 is, of course, its power-operated retractable doors. Additionally, some of the body panels were made of plastic and were easily removable. If desired, one could purchase new panels and change the color of the car. The BMW roadster was equipped only with a 2.5-liter inline-six engine producing 170 hp and a 5-speed manual transmission. The car accelerated to a hundred in 8 seconds and reached 220 km/h.
