Abandoned cars with European plates can often be found in Poland or Slovakia near the border with Ukraine. However, there are already cemeteries of European cars in our country as well. One of them was discovered in Uzhgorod. 
Dozens of non-cleared cars are collected on a site near the Krasnodonets market, reports Ua-reporter. However, in this case, it is not about abandoned cars, but confiscated ones.
This is where cars seized by court order for smuggling or customs violations are taken. By law, they must be put up for auction three times, and if a buyer is not found, the car can be donated to a charitable organization or scrapped. 
But most cars with European plates are not needed by anyone. Some of them are slowly being dismantled for parts.
