Not wrecks, but flood-damaged. The fact is that Texas has suffered from a severe hurricane that caused a serious flood. The video shows that entire streets in Houston are flooded, and at times the water level reaches more than half a meter.
Obviously, no one in the USA will restore flood-damaged cars. And there are hundreds, if not thousands, of them.
However, they will appear on Copart and have every chance to flow massively into Ukraine.
