by Kharkiv workshop Iron Custom Motors (ICM) presented the incredible Quanta R project. The unique vehicle has no analogs. It combines features of a car and a quad bike, and also surprises with its hurricane dynamics.
As owner of ICM Yaroslav Lutytsky told TopZhyr correspondent, Quanta R was created for one Ukrainian customer. The concept car was to be showcased at the Geneva Motor Show and the Goodwood Festival of Speed, but the coronavirus epidemic forced plans to change.
Quanta R Design
Quanta R amazes with its futuristic appearance and looks like an alien from a sci-fi movie. Most of the body parts are aluminum, although the mirrors, exhaust covers, and dashboard elements are carbon.
Forged Vossen wheels with Continental tires sized 335/25 R22 are installed.
The concept car is a two-seater – the rear seat is covered by a special lid. The Quanta R dashboard features a push-button transmission selector and toggle switches. In addition, a powerful Alpine Marine audio system with 6 speakers, a subwoofer, and two amplifiers is installed.
Quanta R Specifications
The all-wheel-drive Ukrainian supercar is equipped with a 2.5-liter turbocharged Subaru boxer engine, refined by Atomic. The power of the four-cylinder is adjustable and has five modes ranging from 350 to 600 hp.
With the automatic transmission, acceleration to one hundred takes less than 3 seconds, and the top speed is 200 km/h. Custom ICM exhaust ensures high-quality sound accompaniment.
The steering features electric power assistance, with ABS and ESP also provided.
Bilstein B16 suspension and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes are installed.
By the way, this is not Iron Custom Motors’ first striking vehicle. Previously, the Kharkiv atelier became famous for motorcycles that won awards at the world custom championship.

It’s nice to realize that despite the project’s magnitude, the unique vehicle’s customer was our compatriot. And although the final cost can only be guessed, it can definitely be said that it is a true exclusive with incredible specifications and, of course, distinct handling. Most importantly, there are no analogs not only in Ukraine but worldwide!
