The Hummer H1 impresses with its dimensions, but the homemade SUV called “Ukraine” is even more impressive. Its height is almost 3 meters (for comparison, the height of the Hummer is just over 2 meters), and its length is slightly less than the “Bohdan” bus. 
The engineer, designer, and constructor in one person is a native of Ternopil region, Yuriy Kordupel. It took him two and a half years and 25 thousand dollars to build the giant SUV. The basis of the car is the GAZ-66, and the engine is from Mercedes (the steering wheel and some interior elements are also from it).
The technical specifications, fuel consumption, and acceleration of the “Ukraine” SUV are not reported, as the author is still testing it in different modes. For more details, watch the video:
