President Volodymyr Zelensky has already signed a law that introduces another 90-day moratorium on fines for non-cleared cars. It has been in effect since September 22, but it turned out that the threat of punishment still remains.
In the Facebook community “Available Auto”, it was explained that the law only cancels fines for driving a car with Euro plates, which violated customs regulations, or transferring it to another person. The penalty for directly violating transit and temporary importation terms remains. And this amounts to up to 170 thousand hryvnias.
And most of all, the so-called “residents” will suffer from this, and according to activists, protocols are still drawn up against them in the Zakarpattia region.
