This year, the Old Car Land festival features a particularly interesting exposition of American cars. One of the most interesting is the rarest 1971 Plymouth Barracuda convertible.
The car is truly special as it is equipped with a top 7.0-liter V8 Hemi with 425 hp. It accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.6 s, and the quarter-mile drag is performed in 13.1 s. The maximum speed is around 240 km/h.
In 1971, only 11 Plymouth Cuda convertibles with a Hemi engine were produced, and they are highly valued by collectors. It’s the most expensive American car of the 70s, with one unit even sold for $3.5 million at an auction. Specifically, this car is worth about half a million dollars.
By the way, the Plymouth Barracuda is far from the most powerful or rarest at the festival, as a unique 1000-horsepower racing KrAZ is exhibited nearby.
