by The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the vehicle registration rules. The government has amended the relevant resolution, reports the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From now on, an expert inspection of the car is not required when installing LPG or issuing a temporary registration certificate during the transfer of the right to use and dispose of the vehicle. All changes will be made by the service center administrator.
Additionally, an expert will not conduct an inspection during the registration of a new car, decommissioning of vehicles, or re-registration of a vehicle due to changes in the owner’s personal data or place of residence.
