When the Bentley Bentayga SUV entered the global market, Ukraine was one of the countries where limited editions from the first First Edition batch (limited to 608 units) appeared. And now, the sales of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV are approaching, for which, as the editorial team of TopGir found out, there are already orders from Ukraine.
It should be noted that before the arrival of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the Bentley Bentayga crossover was considered the most expensive production SUV. But, as the price of the Rolls-Royce SUV in Ukraine indicates, the Bentayga is no longer the most expensive crossover. After all, His Majesty Cullinan is almost 100,000 dollars more expensive (in starting price).
Despite the impressive price (from 12,620,630 hryvnias), there are those in Ukraine who want to be among the first to buy Rolls-Royce Cullinan. How many? We tried to find out for a long time and eventually received an official response, which, however, did not satisfy us much.
In the company “AVT Bavaria”, which is the official dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Ukraine, we were told that they cannot name the exact number of purchasers, nor do they ever disclose their identities. However, as it turned out during the conversation, there is great interest in the first Rolls-Royce SUV among wealthy Ukrainians, and currently, the number of orders is approaching double digits.
This hint can be interpreted in different ways, but logically, it most likely refers to 7-9 clients.
Who are they, the buyers of the most expensive SUV in Ukraine? As you have already understood, not even a hint can be obtained from the official dealer, which is understandable considering the brand’s reputation and values. Judging by the owners of Rolls-Royce cars cruising around Ukraine, they certainly include politicians, but there are far more big businessmen. Perhaps public figures simply prefer not to “shine” in such luxurious and expensive cars.
Interestingly, the off-road Rolls-Royce is equipped with a 6.75-liter petrol turbo engine, which develops a power of 571 hp. Acceleration to a hundred is 5.5 seconds, and the top speed is limited by electronics to 250 km per hour.
