by The implementation of electronic car documents is starting in Ukraine. The corresponding resolution was adopted today by the Cabinet of Ministers. 
As stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, electronic driver’s licenses and technical passports can be generated in the mobile application “ДіЯ”. They will have the same legal force as regular documents. So in the near future, Ukrainians will be able to show car documents to the police on their smartphones.
And a little later, even electronic car numbers will appear: according to Arsen Avakov, the relevant bill has already been prepared.
