by Recently, a gathering of ZAZ cars took place in Kyiv. One of its stars was an unusual yellow-blue Tavria. Surprisingly, the car has German plates.
The ZAZ-1102 with foreign plates indeed came from Germany. It is owned by collectors Irina Denis and Bernd Hartmann from the town of Hanenbach, and they also have a “Zaporozhets.” They met in Ukraine and got married in 2009.
The couple specifically painted the Tavria in the colors of the Ukrainian flag, and the car’s plate shows the year our country gained independence. Irina and Bernd actively travel and participate in various auto shows with the hatchback.
