The Ford Explorer ST is equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 EcoBoost engine producing 405 hp and a 10-speed automatic transmission. It accelerates to 100 km/h in 6 seconds and can reach a top speed of 230 km/h. The crossover is offered with rear-wheel and all-wheel drive options.
The charged version of the Ford Explorer looks quite restrained. It differs from the standard model with a special black grille, front bumper design, 20-inch wheels, and four exhaust pipes.
