by A new 2021 Volkswagen Golf GTI was spotted in Kyiv. The eighth-generation Volkswagen hot hatch was caught on a car transporter near one of the dealerships.

Volkswagen Golf GTI is still equipped with a 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine, but it has become more powerful at 245 hp. With a 7-speed robot with two DSG clutches, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 6.2 seconds, and the maximum speed is 250 km/h.

The charged version can be distinguished from the standard Volkswagen Golf 8 by its weight and 18-inch wheels. The cabin features sports seats with a signature plaid pattern.

As we have already written, the prices of the Volkswagen Golf 8 turned out to be shocking. The Golf GTI is currently the most expensive in the lineup – starting from 1,090,606 hryvnia.
