At auctions, the Mercedes 540K Special Roadster sells for about $10 million. It’s a classic pre-war Mercedes with plenty of chrome and a very long hood. 
For its time, it was a real technological breakthrough.
For example, it was the world’s first production car with a 5-speed manual transmission. Under the hood of the car is a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine with 180 hp. The top speed is 170 km/h. 
However, there is a high probability that what we see is not a real Mercedes 540K but a high-quality replica. The car has already been seen earlier in the capital and near Kyiv.
