Simply put, it is a kind of ‘car-sharing and BlaBlaCar’ in the world of parking. OkParking allows:

How to lease or rent a parking spot through the OkParking chatbot

In Telegram, find OkParkingBot. Register in the bot by entering your name and phone number (or the bot will automatically pull your contact from Telegram). Before starting to use, do not forget to read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

How to lease your own parking spot

In the main menu of the chatbot, select the ‘Lease’ section. To add a parking spot, just go through two simple steps:

1. Select the location and parking lot according to your address. If you do not find your location or parking, please contact OkParkingBot support.
2. Provide the number of your parking spot.

If necessary, support will contact you in Telegram to confirm ownership or use of the parking spot. Usually, such verification is completed within one working day. After moderation, your parking spot will be available for you in the ‘Lease’ section.

Payment for leasing the parking space accumulates in the owner’s balance in the OkParking chatbot. At any convenient moment, the owner of the parking space can easily withdraw the received money to the card of any Ukrainian bank.

How to rent a parking space

In the main menu of the chatbot, select the ‘Rent’ section.

1. If you are using the chatbot for the first time, add information about your car – brand, model, and license plate number.
2. Then select one of the offered locations and the parking period. You can park your car for several hours or several days.
3. Pay for the parking.

After payment, the chatbot will send you a detailed route and instructions for the selected parking spot – how to find the parking lot, how to get inside, and where the reserved spot is located.

Payment for parking is quick and convenient – directly in the chatbot. You can pay for parking via ApplePay, GooglePay, LiqPay, Privat24, or by entering your bank card details manually. Please note: the chatbot does not see and does not have access to your bank data. Payment is made through a payment system processing. Therefore, all confidential information related to payments is encrypted and inaccessible to the chatbot, Telegram, or third parties.

Prices for parking through OkParking vary depending on the location. Taking into account the wishes of parking spot owners and analyzing Kyiv’s parking pricing policy, OkParking offers users optimal rates. However, soon parking spot owners will be provided the opportunity to set their own price and change it. Currently, the OkParking chatbot offers services within Kyiv – leasing and renting of private parking spots in residential complexes, near business centers, fitness studios, beauty salons, and in the city center.
