If you look closely, you can see that the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Wraith have very unusual numbers. Apparently, this is how the owners mask the Russian registration of the cars – this is already not the first such case.
By the way, this particular Rolls-Royce Cullinan was already seen in Kyiv about a year and a half ago. The numbers have not changed since then.
