by In Dnipro, on Titova Street, a shooting occurred in the evening right next to a public transport station. It seems 90s-style showdowns are returning to Ukraine. 
According to eyewitnesses, two Mercedes G-Class with jammers on the roof and special signals stopped by the roadside. A Toyota Land Cruiser approached them, unknown individuals jumped out and opened fire. Then the Cruiser escaped.
As Informator reports, three people were injured in the shootout. They were taken to the hospital. Later it was revealed that they were all members of the family of Dnipro businessman Elton Vakhidov. It is presumed they were shot with traumatic weapons. 
In Dnipro, the “Siren” interception plan was introduced.
Although eyewitnesses reported that there was a police car at the scene of the shooting, no action was observed from the patrol officers.
