by Not long ago, we wrote to you about a Volvo 940 limousine that was transporting sweets for the market in Brovary. It is certainly rare, but there are a few such cars in Ukraine. For example, a Volvo 960 Kuchma is stored in Odesa, and an older limousine operates in Dnipro. 
A photo of the Volvo from Dnipro was sent by our reader. In front of us is the Volvo 760 GLEL limousine, which was produced from 1984 to 1990.
Its wheelbase increased by 80 cm, and its roof was made 2 cm higher. 
Two additional seats appeared in the cabin, and the interior featured wood and velour. Climate control and a telephone were offered at an extra cost. 
The elongated Volvo 760 was equipped with 2.3-liter turbocharged petrol engines with 165-190 hp and 2.8-liter naturally aspirated V6 engines with 147-170 hp. Most of the cars received a 4-speed automatic transmission.
