In Lviv, the paparazzi captured a huge 70s Chrysler New Yorker. American cars from those years are rare on our roads, and the Chrysler is even a rarity.

Such a Chrysler New Yorker sedan was produced from 1976 to 1979. The car impresses not only with its gigantic dimensions (length is 5911 mm, and the wheelbase is 3150 mm), but also with the original headlight covers.
In those years, the model was considered the flagship of the Chrysler line, so the equipment was quite rich. The 70s Chrysler New Yorker already offered air conditioning, cruise control, electric seat adjustment, and even ABS.
Large V8s with a capacity of 5.9 liters (155 hp), 6.6 liters (190 hp), and 7.2 liters (215 hp) were offered. Such low power is explained by the introduction of eco-standards and the fuel crisis. All versions are equipped with a 3-speed automatic transmission.
By the way, there is also an earlier Chrysler New Yorker in Ukraine. However, it is in much more deplorable condition.
